Our business hours are from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CET and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CET.

You can easily request a quote for our Powerelements using our contact form. Fill out the contact information completely and let us know the products for which you want a quote  for (e.g. the item number) and quantities you want. Once we receive your request, we will prepare a quote and contact you as soon as possible.

The prices in the quote are usually valid for 4 weeks, as long as your quote is saved. If it is a call-off order, the price is fixed for a maximum period of one year.

In the case of a call-off order, we put the entire quantity into production when the order is placed. You specify how you want to order the finished goods within that period.

You can select our Powerelements in our product finder and add them to your shopping cart. As soon as you have all products in your shopping cart, you can order them directly from us. To do this, enter your contact details, the delivery and billing address and confirm your details.

After you have completed your order, you will automatically receive an order receipt confirmation by e-mail. In this confirmation all your order details will be summarized again. After a check for feasibility and availability you will receive a binding order confirmation by e-mail from us. If for any reason we are unable to process your order at this time, we will contact you directly.

You can either request our standardized sample kit via a contact form or you select samples individually in our product finder. Just add the desired products as samples to your shopping cart. More information about our sample service can be found here.

For call orders, all of the goods will be produced for inventory and you will be obligated to purchase them. However, you will receive the invoice for each call upon receipt of the goods.

In the case of call-off orders, you can change the quantities and delivery dates of the calls that have not been completed within the course of one year. The entire quantity or the term cannot be changed.

As payment method we accept invoice

Of course, we accept purchase orders from other countries. Please note that customs formalities may take additional time for deliveries outside Europe.

Depending on the country of destination, you can choose between express and standard shipping.

Yes, shipping costs are charged for each delivery.
